First, we’ll need to see your lease and ay other paperwork, obtain the location of the cell tower and go over the details of your cell site proposal or agreement. On the initial call we usually need just enough info for us to know what we’re dealing with so we can make you a recommendation.

Try to get any lease agreements or lease amendment proposals in Microsoft Word format so they can be modified by us.

Next, if you’re ready to hire us for additional services, we send you a short Services Agreement which needs to be signed and returned to get started.
